Eligibility

- Refunds apply to the most recent billing cycle only
- Both monthly and annual subscriptions are eligible
- Each customer is entitled to one refund per subscription type
How to Request a Refund

- Include your account email address
- We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
What Happens After Refund
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
- You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Your drafts and data will remain in your account
- You can resubscribe at any time
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available for:
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Multiple refund requests from the same user
