HookSnap is a LinkedIn content writing tool that helps users create engaging hooks and preview their posts. We provide hook generation, scoring, and mobile preview simulation features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not use another person's account without permission

4. Subscription & Billing

• Free trial provides 3 days of full access
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase (see Refund Policy)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Abuse, harass, or threaten others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create (drafts, hooks) remains your property. HookSnap and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

HookSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
